The reconstruction of the large rooms was started in spring 2005. First, the electric system was renewed and two rooms were painted. Afterwards, the roof was renewed and the faÁade was repaired and painted. The work was done step by step depending on the availability of funds and volunteers. Donators for the reconstruction works were found, individuals as well as companies..

Further works that were necessary were the construction of a well in the garden and the installation of waste water pipes

In the big garden (3000 qm) a fireplace for bonfires was built, a solar shower and a campsite came into being.

Since July 2006, 10 bunk beds are available as well as a bathroom and a common kitchen.

What is planned:

The construction of 5 combined tiled stoves is planned. This will cost approximately 1200 € per stove since the needed ceramic stoves are expensive.

The baking oven that is in the parsonage is planned to be repaired and to set into work.

The beautiful terrace has to be repaired and reconstructed on many places.

A bicycle rental for guests is planned too.

What we need in particular:

Tools for construction, shovels, hoes, wheelbarrows, circular saws, chain saws, electrical material, gardening tools, nails and screws, electric scythes, outdoor and indoor paint, wood preservation paint, painting materials

We also need utensils for the kitchen as well as bicycles for the planned bicycle rental.
